Ordering is Easy!
Here's some simple instructions.
- Click on "buy now" buttons to purchase products; green is for US, red is for International.
- If you don't want to use paypal or credit card, books are available worldwide via check or money order. Please email me to arrange payment and shipping. Add $7 shipping for US orders and $13 shipping for international orders (these totals are included when paying through paypal/credit card.)
- Shipping takes on average 1-2 weeks domestic, 4-6 weeks international. There is no expedited shipping.
