Summary: The Dracians are a happy race known for their pranks and "fun and games." Every day seems to be a party, and although they aren't the most ambitious or reliable of people, if you hang out with Dracians, you're sure to have a fun time. The Dracian magic consists of the four elements - each Dracian is born being able to use one. They are human in appearance, but have the ability to shape-shift into lizard-like creatures, humanoid yet with scales and giant dragon wings. The picture above is a good example. All the Dracians in the stories are minor characters.
